In order to implement the implementation plan of Endeavour Action and comprehensively promote the construction of one-stop student community, on March 7, the College of Intelligent Science and Technology held a Coffee and happiness theme labor education practice activity in the shared living room of the student community. The activity specially invited the College of Integrated Circuit undergraduate counselor Zou Ayan as the guidance, College undergraduate counselor Liu Haohan to assist, college undergraduates more than 10 people participated in the scene.
Mr. Zou first introduced to the students the classification of coffee, the benefits of drinking coffee, the production method and related equipment of Italian coffee, and then gradually demonstrated the whole process of grinding beans, distributing powder, extraction, latte and so on. At the same time, he also carefully prepared hand-made Zhike IS and NJU molds for the final powder modeling. Under the gaze of the students, Mr. Zou's wrist slowly swung, the milk foam and the espresso naturally blended, and the pattern came into being. In a blink of an eye, a cup of latte with a floating love pattern and an attractive aroma appeared in front of everyone.
After learning and watching, the students are eager to try, have picked up tools to start practice. We carefully weighed the coffee beans and ground powder, gently turned the powder distributor to distribute the powder more evenly, helped each other install the extraction handle firmly, and found the best position for the steam milk foam under the guidance of the teacher. For a time, the shared living room showed a hot labor scene. After a round of operation, everyone happily held their own hand-made coffee to savor it.
At the end of the summary session, Mr. Zou talked about the way to obtain happiness, and shared with the students his mental journey in the process of learning and constantly improving his skills, and explained the way to pursue happiness. He encouraged the students not only to learn to experience and enjoy life in the work, but also to feel the happiness invested in the things they love, and to pursue a higher level of happiness experience by striving to surpass themselves, find the value of life, and assume the responsibility of the family and country.
