College of Intelligent Science and Technology held an internship sharing session for all students in Suzhou campus on Intelligent Calculation Life Equation - Career Development Empowerment Program of Intelligent Science Institute. Zhang Haonan, Guo Pengxiao and Wang Hongshen, excellent graduate students of the School of Computer Science in Grade 2022, were invited to share experience and interact with each other in this event. The event attracted more than 100 students from Suzhou campus.
Zhang Haonan shared the experience of internship and job search from the two levels of macro planning and micro operation. On a macro level, Zhang introduced the time line from internship to formal job hunting in detail, emphasizing the core points and important opportunities that should be paid attention to at each stage. In terms of micro-practice, Zhang explained in detail the practical details of CV making and delivery strategies, information collection methods, interview preparation and interpersonal skills in the workplace. Finally, Zhang encouraged the students to clarify their personal career pursuit, meet every challenge on the future road with a positive and optimistic attitude, and always maintain the motivation to move forward.
According to his own experience, Guo Pengxiao introduced the time line and general situation of spring and autumn recruitment. In the process of sharing, Guo shared valuable suggestions for students from multiple dimensions such as breaking the information barrier, doing a good job of job hunting mentality construction, and making clear the direction of job hunting. At the same time, Guo emphasized the notes and details of resume preparation, written test preparation, interview response and internship stage. Finally, Guo encouraged the students present to maintain confidence and actively pursue their ideals.
Wang Hongshen shared the relevant experience in the key aspects of CV writing, CV delivery, written test and interview during the job search process. Wang introduced that writing a resume should have a clear structure, fit the position, and highlight personal advantages; When submitting, pay attention to key information such as work location, specific responsibilities and development prospects of the job to ensure that the job is in line with your career plan. In addition, Wang also introduced the general situation and preparation methods of the written test and interview, emphasizing maintaining a good attitude and mastering the details of the algorithm. Finally, Wang suggested that the students constantly review the whole process of job hunting, sum up the gains and losses, and improve the competitiveness of job hunting.
In the question and answer session, the three seniors focused on the students' concerns about career planning, employment prospects and other questions, and launched a detailed and patient answer. Whether it was about how to reasonably plan the academic path in college or how to choose the future career direction, the seniors answered them one by one, helping the students get a clearer and more comprehensive understanding of their future development.
