On the afternoon of May 22, 2024 at 5:00 pm, the Associate Professor Yao Yao from the school invited Dr. Chen Anpei to come to give a presentation titled "Neural Scene Representation., Reconstruction and Generation."
Abstract: In this talk, I will present our recent work on 3D reconstruction and generation using advanced AI models. I will first briefly discuss the key components in neural fields and look into the strong connections between 3D reconstruction and generation. Then, we will investigate how to unlock generic, compact and efficient modeling for radiance field reconstruction. We will also discuss some future directions toward a 3D foundation.
